The work Hidden Elements seeks to link the themes of functionalist architectural elements and visual motifs of celestial bodies and man-made machines in a conceptual way. Both subjects are united by an emphasis on construction, function, precision and rationality, while simultaneously evoking the idea of transcending the human scale. The projection highlights these similarities, shifting them onto an imaginative plane where a building can transform into a cosmic object and its parts into components of an unknown machine. The result is a visual dialogue between humanity’s modernist conception of architecture and its endeavour to push the boundaries of human knowledge.
