At the Prototyp Festival 2025, visitors can also look forward to a series of workshops, not only aimed at children but open to the wider public.

Participants will try out a variety of creative and technological approaches, from working with interactive media to experimental crafts and digital tools. The workshops provide space for discovery, sharing experiences, and collective creation.

Fairy tales and activities with the robot duo Jú and Pí — who really want to help people, but often get everything mixed up — will introduce children to the concepts of data, machine learning, bias, large language models, and ambient intelligence. Developed by the AI for Kids initiative as part of the AI Curriculum.

In 2–3 hours you’ll experience the full process of creating a short, humorous video — from script to visuals, sound, and final export. Tools include ChatGPT or Claude for the script, Midjourney, Sora, or Zoner for visuals, ElevenLabs and Suno for voice and music, and Runway, Hailuo, or Sora for generating video shots. The structure ensures everyone can finish a complete video.

In this hands-on, playful workshop, students will discover how artificial intelligence can be used to create artworks, music, texts, or animations. Experience the magic of making from A to Z! 🎨 Choose a shape, draw a picture, and watch as your design transforms into a pendant, keychain, holiday ornament, magnet, or another unique creation with the help of a laser. Whether you’re a young artist or an adult tech enthusiast, a playful process awaits you — drawing, photographing, digitizing, and finally engraving and cutting, all right before your eyes. 📲💻 With a touch of imagination and guidance from the instructor, you’ll leave with a one-of-a-kind piece marked by your own signature style.

Step into the role of game designer and developer for a while! In this workshop, you’ll create your own poetic audiovisual work using the Godot game engine — no prior experience needed, as a professional tutor will guide you through everything.
With prepared assets at hand, you’ll build your own virtual gallery, shape its atmosphere, and enrich it with a wordplay of your choice that opens a portal into new worlds.The workshop is designed for both children and adults — everyone can choose how deep they want to dive in. In just 1–2 hours, you’ll create your own original 3D game, which you’ll get to take home with you.

Join us on a journey into the secrets of light and color, revealed through scientific exploration. We’ll experiment with creating new colors and shades, discover how they harmonize, overlap, and combine with each other.

We’ll see how colors change under UV light and what objects glow on their own in the dark. Together we’ll try painting with light, blending colorful beams to create entirely new hues.
