Working Man

Adam Hrubý

Crisis of work of late capitalism accelerated by technological automatization leads the author into the space of speculative cultural anthropology. Author inhabits a role of an exhibit from near future, when labour itself is fully automatized and from the human point of view it becomes a purely folklore activity. The framework and choreography of the artwork’s execution is a reconstruction of possible findings of a culturological research. At the first sight a banal, repetitive activity appeals at visitors‘ imagination and ability to frame their experience as a new normality and keep this vision as a possible modality of their further living.
